By accessing or using the Cevon LLC platform (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations and third-party platform policies.

2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant Cevon LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to display, process, and distribute content solely to operate the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Abuse, exploit, or interfere with the Service
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use automation or scraping without authorization

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
